Zavala is a collective name for a small region on the tame and gentle southern side of the island. It is protected from cold northern winds and enjoys abundance of sunny days. The typically mild winters are here even milder and even more pleasant.
In the old days, people used to live in the today abandoned little village in small stone cottages built high up in the mountain. They lived of hard work, olives, wine and fishing in the rich waters along the coast of the island of Šcedro. The only way to reach the nearest town on the north side was the narrow stony path, which leads across the mountain; on foot or on the back of a donkey.
Zavala accommodation consists of six apartments.
Zavala accommodation is:
-Air-conditioned by central air-conditioning system and equipped for the winter by the additional floor heating.
-The floors are covered with ceramic tiles and parquet
-The kitchens are modern and have all the necessary dishes, crockery, utensils and cutlery; ceramic stove top, air-circulation oven, refrigerator with icebox, (201+69 L) and extractor hood.
-The rooms have modern furniture with bed-sizes160x200 and 90x200 cm
-Bathrooms consist of toilets, washing basins and showers
-Living room has a corner sofa
-Apartments have SAT-TV and DVD, telephone and access internet

The arrival and leaving day are Saturday or Sunday. Leaving apartment is until
10.00 AM, entering apartment is after 14.00 PM.
The price included:
- change of bed-linen once a week and change of towels twice a week,
- using sun chairs and sun umbrelas.
The tourist tax is charged extra.
The guest is obligated to clean apartment before leaving or to pay extra 30 EUR for cleaning.
In the event of the damage to the equipment of the apartment, due to the fault of the guest, the guestis obliged to notify the host and compesate the corresponding eqivalent value.
Pets are not allowed.
The booking will be confirmed upon the payment of a 20% deposit. The remaining amount shall be paid no later than two weeks before the arrival date.
