Zavratnica cove and island of Rab
Resembling a miniature Scandinavian fjord, ZAVRATNICA is probably one of the most beautiful coves of the Croatian Adriatic. It is a short 15 min walk away from a small village of Jablanac, only 45 min drive from Senj. To be seen in the cove are the remains of a sunken German warship, a real tourist attraction to numerous divers that come here in the summer. The village of Jablanac is the car ferry port for island of Rab with two ferries crossing non-stop in high season.
