Apartments are placed on the south part of the island Ciovo ( Mavarstica bay) and about 5 km from city Trogir.
House has two apartments one is for 4-6 persons and another one for 4-7 person with private parking. From big balconies all rooms , large living rooms and kitchens with dining have magnificent view over Mavarstica bay and island Solta. Beach is front of the house, 50m from the apartments. Garden grill in the garden is available for free use for all our guests.
Service facilities: One shop is situated 50 meters and anothers are 1000 meters from the apartments in the vilage Okrug Gornji,wheare are some larger retailer shops.
In the city Trogir there are various shops, restaurants,bars,disko bars,an affluent green market,a fish shop and services.
Old town of Split is 25 km away from Trogir, with Diocletian palace, medieval monuments, summer festival etc..
Some interesting trips are also available from Trogir: Krka Waterfalls (near Sibenik), Medjugorje, rafting and canyoning on Cetina river ...
Possible ways of arriving:
To come to Trogir by car from Central Europe, you have three choices:
1. Highway Dalmatina A1 - Croatian Highway Dalmatina A1 (the ex-Prgomet Highway)
2. Coastal road - Jadranska Magistrala. Beginning at Croatia’s north-western border follow Jadranska Magistrala Road through the following towns before reaching Trogir:
Rijeka - Senj - Karlobag - Zadar - Sibenik - Primosten – Trogir.
3. Middle Croatian Highway D1 - Beginning at Croatia’s northern border follow the D1 Highway through to the capital city Zagreb and then through to the following towns before reaching Trogir:
Karlovac - Plitvice (National Park) - Korenica - Gracac - Knin - Drnis – Trogir.
How to reach us:
When you come to Trogir, follow the road (red mark on the map) to Mavarstica Bay.

• room with double bed and single separate bed
• room with two single beds.
• living room (TV/SAT) with wide couch as extra bed
• bathroom – toilet with shower and separate toilet.
• Kitchen - dining-rooms with refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher with summer terrace
:: Apartments are air-conditioned :: Use of (AC) per day is €7,00
Price includes: water, gas and electricity, cooking utensils, cutlery, cleaning equipment, weekly change of bed-linnen, cleaning of apartment upon departure of guests.
Price list don't include residence tax. Residence tax is 0,50 EUR per person per day (low season) and 1 EUR per person per day (high season). Children between 12 and 18 years old are paying 50% of tax. Children below 12 are not paying tax.
