The villa is set in 1200 square meters of beautifully cultivated garden, with its own children's playground and private parking lot for 5 vehicles. This house consists of two apartments, namely:
1. EG apartment on the ground floor
2. EG2 apartment in the ground floor
3. OG apartment on the first floor
Vir Accommodation,The lower EG apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, spacious living room with a satellite TV, bar, sectional sofa (convertable in case an extra bed is needed), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, toilet facilities and a spacious terrace with barbecue and seaview. The apartment can comfortably accommodates 4-6 persons.
Vir Accommodation,The lower EG2 apartment consists of 1 double bedrooms, with a satellite TV, bar, sectional sofa (convertable in case an extra bed is needed), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet facilities and a spacious terrace with barbecue. The apartment can comfortably accommodates 2-4 persons.
Croatia Vir Accommodation,The upper OG apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, a large living room with a satellite TV, bar, a sleeper sofa (convertable into a double bed, in addition to an extra bed if needed), kitchen with a dining area, bathroom with washing machine, toilet facilities and a spacious terrace with seaview. This apartment can comfortably accommodate 6-8 persons.
