House of Vojko Baraba is located in small, very picturesque village Batalaza, oasis of peace on island Ugljan! This “green island” is the closest island to the town Zadar with which is connected by several ferry lines (20 min).
In our Ugljen apartments, Batalaza, we provide accommodation in a warm, friendly atmosphere, offering:
- 120 m2 apartment
- 3 bedrooms (each has a double bed, small balcony, air-condition)
- full equipped kitchen
- dining room + living room (with pull-out sofa, air-condition)
- 2 bathrooms (shower, bath)
- big balcony
- sat-TV
- sheets and towels are provided
- The stated prices refer to a daily rent.
- The rent price includes: bed linen, towels, water and electricity expenses, cooking and table utensils, toilet paper (uppon arrival only), cleaning once a week and final cleaning.
- If the number of persons staying in an apartment exceeds its capacity, each additional person will be charged 5 EUR daily.
- The stated prices are valid if the period of stay exceeds a three nights'stay. In case of a shorter stay the prices will be increased 20%.
House is situated in the first row to the sea (50 m). It is surrounded by a nice garden with olive trees and has barbecue at disposal to all our guests. Parking spaces are provided in front of the house.
You are really going to enjoy swimming and sunbathing on the beaches in closest vicinity to our apartment (50 m) or taking nice walks by the sea and pine trees.
We rent our Ugljan apartments, Batalaza, during whole year and also we are already making reservations for the summer 2008.!
