DESCRIPTION:
Villa Ana-Marija is located in Ribarica which is small & peaceful place 5 km north of Karlobag, on a location which is ideal for nature lovers, where sea and mountain Velebit connect. Ribarica doesn't have much of infrastructure (only 2 restaurants and 1 small market/grocery shop) but it has very clean sea (because there's no industry 100 km around) and it's great starting point for various excursions around, because it's on great location: about 100 km to big cities (Zadar or Rijeka), ferry for islands Pag (where you have party paradise Novalja) within 13 km and Rab within 25 km, 2 national parks (Paklenica & Sjeverni Velebit) on mountain Velebit within 50 km, 4 more national parks (Plitvice lakes, Kornati islands, river Krka & mountain Risnjak) and rafting rivers within 150 km, one of the best trout fishing locations in the world (river Gacka) within 90 km and so on.
House is in the first row of houses next to the Adriatic, so you don't have anything else blocking your view to the sea and the island of Pag which is just in front of us.
House consists of 5 apartments: A*** (for max 3 persons, 24 m2, 1 room), B**** (for 5, 40 m2, 2 rooms), C**** (5, 43, 2), D*** (2, 22, 1) and E*** (9, 105, 5). Apartments A, B & C are on the first floor (and have air-conditioners), and D & E are on the ground floor. All apartments have terraces with sea-view. All apartments are normally equiped (kitchen, bathroom with hot water, SAT/TV, dish, blankets, sheets, towels,...) and all these things are included in the price. There is one washing machine between apartments which can be used by all guests for washing clothes, one big barbecue in front of the house and a shower with warm water next to it. All these can be used by all guests, free of charge. If you are not an expert with barbecues, we will gladly bake your fish, octopus, meat or anything else. We accept families with little children, and there are some places where they can play and be safe on the beach. The beach is rocky, and there are no sandy beaches near - the nearest are around Zadar and on island Pag.
