Croatia Brela, Villa Sodan is situated in Brela (Makarska Riviera) in the area called Soline. Villa Sodan Croatia Brela has five (5) rooms and a spacious living room of about 25 m2 and a kitchen of about 16 m2 plus the grand terrace of cca 30 m2. Each room has its own bathroom. Entire house is also available for rent as a five (5) room apartment with its own kitchen, terrace and living room. Such arrangement can provide for an accomodation of fourteen (14) persons. Each room can receive two persons but they can also be converted into three bed rooms by inserting an additional bed. Villa Sodan Croatia Brela is situated 50 m from the beautiful pebble beach, one of the three in Brela that sports blue flag of the European Union awarded for pristine cleanliness of sea and beach. The beach is truly beautiful, which can easily be seen from the photographs here enclosed. The house is situated between the hotels Berulia and Soline (800 and 500 m respectively). You can also rent a room with its own bathroom with an option to use kitchen for preparing light meals. In that case you would have a table on the terrace designated for your room only. Only five to ten minute walk would take you to the centre of Brela (cca 400 m). Baska Voda is about 15 minutes walk from our house (cca 1000m). Supermarket is only 15 m from our house and it stays open the whole day. In Brela and Baska Voda there is a number of high quality restaurants where you can have a nice and affordable dinner and relax. Upon your request we can serve you a breakfast in our house. Also there is a parking slot in front of the house allocated for each room. Our prices are quite moderate (from 11 to 19 Euros per person or 6 – 7 Euros per child (additional bed). Our resort has a beautiful 5 km long beach with a lit up promenade where in the evening hours you can enjoy a nice relaxing walk. The city of Split is 50 km from Brela and Makarska only 10 km.
